14-day right of withdrawal — with one important exception
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. For digital content (e-books), this right ends the moment the download begins — because by purchasing you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. See the Digital Downloads section below.
Overview
We want every customer to feel confident purchasing an Aurixon guide. Our 14-day policy is designed to give you enough time to decide whether the content meets your needs. It applies to all individual guide purchases made through our website, subject to the specific exception for digital content described below.
Bundle purchases and team or enterprise licenses are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Digital downloads (e-books)
Our guides are delivered as digital PDF files for immediate download. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when:
- you have given prior express consent for delivery to begin during the withdrawal period,
- you have acknowledged that by giving such consent you lose your right of withdrawal, and
- we have provided written confirmation of the contract (e.g. via order confirmation).
By completing your purchase of a guide you consent to immediate delivery and confirm that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. As long as you have not started the download, the 14-day right of withdrawal still applies and you may request a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date AND you must not have started downloading the file. The refund applies to the full purchase price of the guide.
Refund requests made after the 14-day window, or after the download has begun, will be considered at our discretion and may be declined.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to info@aurixon.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number or the email address used at checkout. You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback is always appreciated.
You can also submit a refund request through our contact form by selecting "Order Support" as the subject.
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
