Absolutely. At checkout you can enter a recipient email address and we will send the download links directly to them along with a personalized message from you.

Each guide comes in two formats: PDF (best for desktop, tablets, and printing) and EPUB (best for e-readers like Kindle and Kobo, as well as mobile reading apps). Both files are DRM-free so you can read them on any compatible device.

Yes. Your download links remain active indefinitely. You will also receive an email with your links after purchase, and you can request a fresh link anytime by contacting info@aurixon.io with your order number.

No. Since our guides are DRM-free PDF and EPUB files, you can load them onto as many personal devices as you like — laptop, tablet, phone, or e-reader. We just ask that you do not share files outside your household or team license.

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on all individual guide purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply email info@aurixon.io within 14 days of your purchase and we will process a full refund. Bundle and team license refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We review and update each guide at least once per year to reflect changes in business practices, regulations, and cultural trends. When a major update is published, existing customers receive the new version free of charge via email.

We currently offer guides for Denmark and Finland, with a Nordic bundle that includes both. New country guides for Sweden, Norway, and Iceland are in development and expected to launch later this year.
